Destruction of evidence by an expert
Expert judgment is evidence, just like other evidence. It is, however, evidence derived. The expert examines the initial evidence (financial statements, the braking distance of the car, histological findings). The expert examines this evidence through his/ her expertise. Because the expert can be mistaken, one of the basic features of an expert opinion should be reviewability.
